BACK FROM VACATION
And the Nordic Favourites Are Coming Back!
Even though the holiday season in France is now reaching its busiest time, we are already back from our own vacation and very happy to be back in action!
We are also constantly refreshing and expanding our selection, and this newsletter already brings you some exciting new arrivals – as well as some long-awaited favourites.
FINALLY, SOME LONG-AWAITED PRODUCTS ARE BACK!
You may remember that back in early June, a pallet containing a large shipment of chilled food products from Finland disappeared somewhere during transport. It caused us a lot of frustration – and left many of our shelves without some of your favourite products.
But there is finally some good news! We have managed to restock several products that have been unavailable for quite some time. And this is only the beginning: shipments from Sweden are arriving regularly, with the next one expected within the next few days.
So if you have been waiting for something special, it is definitely worth checking what has arrived!
🦞 CRAYFISH – NORDIC STYLE IS ON ITS WAY!
The Nordic crayfish season is officially underway – and our only crayfish shipment of the year is now on its way to us. We expect the delivery to arrive around 21st August, so get ready for one of the most delicious Nordic traditions of late summer!
Our crayfish are incredibly easy to prepare: simply defrost, serve and enjoy. Add some Västerbotten cheese, good beer and aquavit – then invite your friends, put on your crayfish hats and bibs, and you have everything you need for a proper Scandinavian crayfish party!
We will have medium and large crayfish, as well as crayfish tails.
And remember: this is our only delivery for 2026, so when they are gone, they are gone!
First come, first served – reserve your share before the crayfish disappear.
The same shipment will also bring back other much-requested favourites, including Princess Cakes and several other products that have been sorely missed.
✨ NEW PRODUCTS – SOMETHING NEW TO DISCOVER
As we hinted above, we have been working on bringing you a whole range of new products.
Among the newcomers are cold-pressed, unsweetened Nordic berry juices, including lingonberry and blackcurrant. They belong to the same product range as our long-time customer favourite, the hugely popular blueberry juice – so if you already love the blueberry version, these new flavours are definitely worth trying!
These naturally tart berry juices are packed with the goodness of Nordic berries and contain no added sugar. Lingonberries and blackcurrants are naturally rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, making these juices a delicious way to add a little extra Nordic berry goodness to your day.
Perfect on their own, mixed into a refreshing drink or served alongside breakfast – and a great alternative when you want something naturally fruity without added sugar.

🛍️ BRADERIE D’ANTIBES – 19–22 AUGUST
It is that time of year again! Braderie d’Antibes starts on Wednesday 19th August, bringing one of the biggest highlights of the summer to the streets of Antibes.
For the local shopkeepers, the braderie is both a summer highlight and the grand finale of the summer season. Shops take their products out onto the streets and sell them from market stalls, with plenty of fantastic bargains and prices that can be almost ridiculously low!
The stalls are open from 10:00 to 19:00, turning the streets of Antibes into one big open-air shopping event.
So if you are looking for a good excuse to head into Antibes, this is definitely one of them! Come and enjoy the atmosphere, browse the bargains and perhaps combine your shopping trip with a visit to Nordic Temptations.

FRESH BAKERY IS BACK!
And finally, something many of you have been waiting for: our baker is back! That means our fresh Finnish breads, sweet buns and Karelian pies are once again being baked as normal.
Nothing quite beats the smell of freshly baked Finnish treats – especially when you have been waiting for them!
Come and pick up your favourites while they are fresh. We look forward to seeing you again at Nordic Temptations!

By arrival with private vehicle the closest parking is the “La Poste” with entrance just in front of us on rue Vauban, outdoor parking and the garage “Pré-des-Pêcheurs” in the harbour.
