BAKING SCHEDULE

The cinnamon rolls are normally baked every day when the store is open and are ready around 11:30.

If you want 10 pieces or more at a time they must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.

Cinnamon rolls are mostly available even as frozen, ready to eat after thawing.

Sweet rye bread is baked at least on Tuesdays, ready around 13:00.

Mostly available even as frozen.

The sourdough 100 % rye bread is baked on Wednesdays, available around 13:00.

Available as sliced on Thursdays and mostly even as frozen

Karelian pasties are baked late on Thursday evenings. Available just before closing time and from Friday morning onwards.

Available often even as frozen.

Lucia saffron buns are seasonal and baked only certain days in December.

OTHER BAKERY PRODUCTS

like blueberry pies, other kind of buns, miniature Karelian pasties, jelly donuts etc are made on order, minimum order quantities apply
