Blueberry smoothie is a truly nutritious breakfast or snack. The full smoothie is rich in fiber from the flaxseed and sweetness from the banana. A real vitamine bomb when made of wild blueberries aka bilberries

2.5 dl water
0.5 dl cold-pressed blueberry juice
1–2 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. ground flaxseeds
100 ml cup freeze-dried blueberries
pinch of good-quality salt
Measure all ingredients into the blender or a bowl.
Drive in a blender or bowl with a hand blender.
Top with mint, coconut flakes, frozen blueberries and/or banana slices.
Enjoy the smoothie.
The blueberries as juice and freeze-dried may well be replaced with frozen blueberries and blueberry powder
