LINGONBERRY - CARDAMOM SMOOTHIE
Lingonberry smoothie is a healthy, really easy and refreshing snack.

Ingredients
2 dl soy milk
1 dl quark
1 dl frozen lingonberries or
1 tbsp lingonberry powder
1 banana
1 tsp. wheat bran
dash of cardamom
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Instead of quark even Faiselle Rians or natural yogurt works fine.
