WE ARE PARTLY BACK!
Even though the holiday season in France is heading to its peak we are mostly back from vacation! The webshop is running again and shipments are rolling in. We are also constantly modifying the product range, already in this newsletter you will find a couple of novelties. More is to come within a few weeks.
CRAYFISH SEASON
is here before you know it! Because the frozen crayfish are so bulky we do not have the possibility to stock them in excessive amounts. There will only be a few packets on top of the pre-ordered ones. Pre-order period is prolonged until Friday this week. We strongly recommend making an advance order at the latest Thursday 10th August 2023.

RECENTLY ARRIVED
In the just income shipments there are again products you have asked for: Swedish super absorbent Wettex dishcloths, famous Norwegian Jarlsberg® cheese and the most famous Finnish dessert cheese “leipäjuusto”.
In addition we now have sour cream, sour milk, meatballs, Isterband, falu and onsala sausages etc etc.
WILD BLUEBERRIES
The dryness and frosty nights of the beginning of this summer have resulted in much smaller wild blueberry harvest than normally.
Nevertheless, there are more of them than can be picked. If you are not yet familiar with this super berry which is found in abundance in our forests check the information package including recipes.
HIKE NICE IN ENGLISH
The hiking guide which earlier was available only in Swedish is now available even in English. In this guide you will find 15 cherry picked favourite hikes which are all easily accessible, in roughly an hour by car from Nice and most of them are easy to reach even by bus or train.

Baker is still away for vacation
Due to vacation nothing will be baked before 22nd August. The normal products will be available as frozen until stocks last.

By arrival with private vehicle the closest parking is the “La Poste” with entrance just in front of us on rue Vauban, outdoor parking and the garage “Pré-des-Pêcheurs” in the harbour.
