With Dr. Oetker’s edible baking glue, you can assemble your gingerbread house easily and smoothly. Gluing your gingerbread house together has never been so easy. Glue generously, put together the parts to be joined, and the glue dries quickly and becomes stable.

Here’s a tip how to use the baking glue
1.If the glue feels stiff to work with – put the tube in a cup of warm water (not boiling) for 5-10 minutes. However, the glue must not be too runny when you start, otherwise it risks not sticking.
2. Apply generously to the side of the house part. Do one part at a time. Hold the sides together for a minute or so so the glue starts to work. Repeat until the house is assembled.
3. Leave the house untouched until the glue has completely set, for at least a couple of hours, preferably overnight. Feel free to support the house with books or baking sheets so that it stands straight and does not risk falling over.
4. Now you can start decorating your gingerbread house as you wish.
