Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the crispbread did not arrive in the condition you expected. As this is a very delicate product, some breakage can unfortunately occur during transport, especially on long international shipments. We will contact you by email to better understand the extent of the damage and hope to find a satisfactory solution together.
