Soft toffee covered with milk chocolate. Dumle was a source of joy already back in Grandpa’s days. The Dumle lollipop was introduced in 1945 in Sweden. At that time, the lollipops were manufactured in Malmö at Mazetti’s factory. The popular hard lollipop got company in 1987 when the soft Dumle caramel toffee was launched.
