Nyåker’s classic round gingerbread in a beautiful Arabic patterned tin. Baked according to the original recipe from 1952. The spices are well balanced and the cookies have a nice crispness. A taste of tradition. Nyåker’s cakes and buns are baked in the same way they have always been made – at home in Västerbotten. We think it’s best that way. Enjoy.

Eat as they are, or with blue cheese. Or glögg, mulled wine. Gingerbread biscuits are a must for a Nordic Christmas, but taste just as lovely all year round.
