To spice vodka with elderflower is a very old south-Swedish tradition. Halland Elderflower produced after an original recipe from Halland, with its fruity and fresh taste, has become an Eau de Vie favourite.

Full-bodied, flowery and fresh elderflower character with hints of cinnamon and a hint of sweetness. A classic with gravlax (salmon) with gravlax sauce and mild herring. Perfect for crayfish all kinds of shellfish. Something to be cooled and can be enjoyed “on the rocks”.
