Hollandaise, with its characteristic flavour, is the popular sauce from the French kitchen. It is best served with fish and seafood dishes. It is also great with asparagus and other vegetables, as well as in fish au gratin and Eggs Benedict. Includes three packs, each making 2 dl of ready sauce

1. Whisk the bag contents in 1,5 dl of cold water

2. Boil the sauce while stirring and simmer for 1 minute

3. Remove the saucepan and add 50 g butter. Whisk until the butter has melted, serve!
