The “Blue” Sausage (aka HK blöö) could even be called the Finnish national sausage, it has been the biggest favorite already since 1963.
This smoked sausage is suitable for a all sorts of cooking: fried in pan, in oven, steamed, in soups and sauces or to be cooked on the sauna heater as the Finns do. Even such as it is, cold and in thick slices on top of rye bread with your favorite mustard. Peel off the casing before use.
