The classic of classics, this is the highlight of everyday dining and fancy feast alike. Smoked vendace is clean, wild Finnish fish, preserved without any additives. The vendace tamed by a smooth alder smoke works as well as a salted snack as it does in cooking, combined with for example potato pure.
Smoked vendace is ready to eat, delicious as appetizer, on top of rye bread, in salad, pizza or pie filling. Or just as it is straight out of the can.
It doesn’t matter how you wish to enjoy your fish, as long as you enjoy it — at least twice a week!
