Smoker bag is a Finnish invention which allows smoking of fish, chicken, meat, sausage products and vegetables in electric ovens and grills. Suitable material for smoking, such as alder chip, is placed on the bottom of the tightly sealable foil pouch. On heating up the bag the smoke secrets up from the small holes inside the bag, which together with the heat prepares the food. It’s easy to prepare a complete meal in one bag, you get delicious food with medium smoke taste. Smoker bag saves time and lets you do other things while the food is cooking in the bag.
