Soft thin flatbread is commonly used as a wrap, fill as you like.  Square and easy to roll. Also an excellent flatbread for making sandwich cakes.

A popular fast food dish is soft tunnbröd rolled around mashed potatoes or shrimp salad and a hot dog, known as “tunnbrödsrulle”. Another traditional old Swedish method of eating soft Tunnbröd is burrito style, combined with mashed potatoes and roasted herring.
