Few products are as versatile as vinegar. It can be used in cooking anything from herring and meringues, to chili sauce and sushi. You can also use it for cleaning outdoor furniture and shoes, as well as getting rid of weed in your garden.

Dilute if needed:

Mix 1 part vinegar with 1 part water for a 12% spirit vinegar.
Mix 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water for a pickling vinegar 6 %
