Baking mix for crispy waffles – ready to bake.

Swedes like their waffles extra crispy – this mix makes it simple to achieve that. Just mix with water (or milk for a richer taste) and melted butter and griddle. Serve with your favourite jam, or butter and sugar. For dessert a scoop of ice cream and some fresh berries is lovely.

Whisk the contents of a bag into 175 ml of water. Add 50 g of melted butter or 50 ml of cooking oil and bake the waffles in a buttered waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden and really crispy.
