Kopparberg Cider is a refreshing alcoholic drink made from the fermentation of apples or pears. To that the finest soft water is added. locally sourced in the town of Kopparberg, Sweden. It has a mineral content allowing the natural pure taste of the fruit to come through unaltered. The soft water is so valued that, some years ago, a Swiss consortium tried to buy the wells to export the water to Switzerland.
For our fruit ciders the juice of various fruits is added to make a truly special alcoholic cider drink. Kopparberg Cider is best enjoyed over mountains of ice in a large glass.
