Cooking time 45 minutes
Wash and roast the potatoes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Slice the potatoes hot and immediately place on a serving plate.
Split the onion from root to top and blanch quickly in salted water.
Brown the hash in oil, add vinegar, sugar and olive oil.
Arrange reindeer hash, tomatoes, radishes, onions and chopped chives with the potatoes on the platter.
Drizzle sour cream on the side.
Feel free to season with fresh herbs, salt and black pepper.
