SEA BUCKTHORN DESSERT SOUP
The dessert soup of sea buckthorn is not only super easy to make and delicious but also a real vitamine bomb.

3 dl sea buckthorn juice
1 litre of water
2 dl sugar
1 dl potato flour
- measure all the silicone ingredients into the pot. Bring to a boil, stirring gently all the time, until the mixture thickens. Add water if necessary. Sea buckthorn soup should be thick.
- Pour the soup on a flat serving plate to cool. Sprinkle sugar on top so that a film does not form on the surface.
Serve with whipped cream, vanilla sugar, meringues or macaroons.
