EASTER IS ONLY...
Easter is only just one week away and we are now fully prepared for it. If that is not the case with you come by, get inspired and in the mood.

SMOKED FISH, VENDACE ROE, SMETANA...
Our shelves of fresh products are well filled with the Easter essentials. Not only do we have a vide range of herrings, cheeses, cottage cheese (keso), sour milk (filmjölk), sour cream (gräddfil) and smetana to go with the vendace roe. Both Swedish and Finnish sausages and cold cuts, the Finnish Easter dessert mämmi, fresh breads etc etc. Early tomorrow (Friday 31st March) morning there will also be smoked and hot smoked fish as well as marinated salmon.
And naturally even a lot of Easter candies and the pertinent drinks!



EASTER EGGS, DECORATIONS, GRASS AND FEATHERS
This year you have the possibility to follow the Nordic Easter traditions better than ever as there is a bigger selection of eggs. Both the ones which you fill yourself, and those which are ready filled.
You will also be able to decorate with a Nordic touch thanks to decoration branches and feathers.



NEW FROM THE PURE NATURE OF LAPLAND
Finally you have the possibility to enjoy the reindeer jerky, dried reindeer roast!
This healthy snack directly from Lapland has of course no additives.
Even if you haven’t been particularly interested in different tea varieties so far, from now on you will be. Discover our novelties: cloudberry tea based on green sencha with sunflower petals. And spruce sprout tea with cornflower, rosebuds and rose petals.

CLARIFICATION OF OUR INTENTIONS
After the announcement that we are looking for a successor, incorrect information has been circulating. We have no intention to shut down the Nordic Temptations store.
In just over nine years time we have built up something amazing. An oasis for all who miss the Nordic products, have cravings for them, can’t find a substitute for them or are just interested in trying something new. We don’t want to let you, our regular customer, down. Our will is to find someone to take over the whole package. Including all our recipes, contacts and know how built up during these years. It is very important to us that the store continues to operate, that customers will continue to be well served and that operations will be developed. We will also ourselves be customers of the new storekeeper as we have no intention to leave the South of France.
Until we find a successor, we will be here, at your service with pleasure, just as we have until now!
OUR ROAD, RUE VAUBAN WILL BE CLOSED
There will be road works done close to us in the beginning of next week. Hence our road, rue Vauban, will be temporarily closed for traffic. According to preliminary information the dates are from Monday to Thursday next week, 3.-6. April and the traffic will be redirected on rue Macé, the road behind us. From there you have the possibility to turn towards the parking de la Poste with entrance just in front of us.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST, AN INCREDIBLE POSSIBILTY FOR OUR FRENCH FRIENDS
L’office de tourisme du pays «le plus heureux du monde» invite dix personnes à un séjour d’initiation au bonheur à la finlandaise, au milieu des lacs et des forêts de pins. Saurez-vous relever le défi ?
L’ensemble des dépenses de voyage ainsi que les frais de transport vers et depuis la Finlande seront également pris en charge par l’office de tourisme.

is available according to the normal schedule. Right now we have sweet rye bread and the 100 % rye bread. On Friday morning Carelian pasties. Cinnamon rolls every day from about 11:30 onwards.

By arrival with private vehicle the closest parking is the “La Poste” with entrance just in front of us on rue Vauban, outdoor parking and the garage “Pré-des-Pêcheurs” in the harbour.
