WELCOME 2026
A new year has begun, and with it comes a moment to reflect, say thank you, and look ahead to what’s to come.
THE PAST YEAR
The past year has once again been a varied and at times challenging one. In particular, uncertainty related to one of our Swedish suppliers required flexibility and quick adaptation. Despite these challenges, we are pleased to say that we navigated the year successfully. We have welcomed many new customers, our turnover continues to grow steadily, and the trust in Nordic Temptations remains strong. These experiences have reinforced our commitment to reliability, quality, and continuous improvement as we move forward.
Some periods the interval between newsletters has been rather long. Please follow us also on facebook or instagram to receive all latest updates. The facebook feed is also presented on our NEWS page.

Get ready for the next season already! The Christmas articles and much more are now on sale with up to 50 % price reduction. The reduced prices apply both in the store and webshop. In case you are wondering about the best-before-dates, don’t hesitate to contact us.

FAT TUESDAY / MARDI GRAS BUNS
The Fat Tuesday is early this year, already 17th February. This means that we will also start baking them really early, already on 30th January!
They will be available in limited amounts on Fridays and Saturdays from 30th January until 14th February 2026.
And of course on Fat Tuesday 17th February 2026. Available the baking days from 12:30.
We strongly recommend pre-ordering latest the day before through webshop, by e-mail orders@nordictemptations.com or telephone 04 89 02 72 60 (+33 489 02 72 60 from non-French numbers).
When ordering through webshop remember to put in the order notes what day you want to pick them up.
The Fat Tuesday buns are not available for postal deliveries
RUNEBERGS CAKES
Even Runebergs cakes will be available this year from Wednesday 21st January.

FRESH FROM FINLAND ON 23rd JANUARY
As you already well know the intervall between shipments of products of Finnish origin is rather long. The next arrival will be about 23th January and the dead-line for guaranteed availability is approaching.
The amounts are limited. If there are no orders for certain products, it may even be so that we skip it totally.
So please, place your order by latest 10th January.
RECOVERY TIME AHEAD
As usual we the merchants will take a one week break in January for recovery. During the period 6th to 10th January the store in Antibes is open normally but there will not be any fresh bakeries nor will there be any shipments from the webshop.
We would like to warmly thank you for your loyalty and confidence in Nordic Temptations. Working with you has been truly appreciated, and we are excited to continue building our cooperation in the year ahead.

from Tuesday to Saturday 10:00-13:30 and 15:30-19:00.
By arrival with private vehicle the closest parking is the “La Poste” with entrance just in front of us on rue Vauban, outdoor parking and the garage “Pré-des-Pêcheurs” in the harbour.
